NAF tournament
About the Piojo Bowl tournament
After five editions of Piojo Bowl as an individual tournament, the Piojo spirit makes the natural leap to a team format. Piojo Teams brings together strategy, camaraderie, good-natured mischief and the dice, laughter and chaos that have become part of the tradition.
Each squad has four coaches. Every coach must field one of the official Piojo Stars throughout the tournament. Every match you play is a match for your team.
Official venue
Oh!tels Campo de Gibraltar
The tournament takes place inside Oh!tels Campo de Gibraltar, our recommended and most convenient option for enjoying Piojo Teams from start to finish. The hotel offers participants discounts on rooms and private parking, plus a buffet lunch 😋 for every participant, included in the entry fee.
Staying there means heading downstairs to the event, eating at the venue and having La Línea, Gibraltar and the tournament atmosphere right on your doorstep.
La Línea de la Concepción
Where the Piojo spirit comes alive
A border town
La Línea lies in southern Andalusia, in Cádiz, beside the Rock of Gibraltar. That mix of border life, sea and shared experiences is part of the tournament’s character.
Challenges and celebrations the night before
With support from the Youth Department, we are considering arranging a club space for a challenge round the night before. It would be less than a minute from the hotel, followed by tapas together. It is optional, and a welcome addition for anyone wanting the full experience.
Piojo pride
The local nickname “piojoso” — literally “lousy” — is embraced here with affection, humour and hometown pride. Piojo Teams turns that identity into a banner to rally around.
Piojo Stars
Four styles for four coaches
Each coach must choose one of these four Piojo Stars for the whole tournament. This player does not count towards the Star Player limit. Select a card to enlarge it and read its rules.
Registration
Full team or individual player
Team of 4 players
Team entry costs €140. This includes entry for all four members and a buffet lunch 😋 for everyone.
Player without a team
If you come without a team, you can register individually for €35, also including a buffet lunch 😋. The organisers will try to bring players together to form new teams.
